Product Description
Lewitt LCT 450
FET Sound Condenser Microphone
Lewitt's LCT 450 features the same capsule as the LCT 540 and therefore exhibits the same natural, authentic sound and top-qualty transient repsonse because of it's ultra-thin, gold layered, low mass, 1" diaphragm. With a cardioid pickup pattern that effectively rejects sounds from the rear and a dual-step pre-attentuation for a massive maximum SPL of 158dB at 20dB of attenuation, the LCT 450 suits both the stage as well as the studio. Add to this the included low-cut feature with two-steps for reducing unwanted low frequency sounds, and you've got a microphone prepared for any environment.
The LCT 450 also carries features from the top of the LCT range, the LCT 640 and LCT 940, the automatic attenuation and clipping history are present in the LCT 450 along with the illuminated user interface for ease of use on dark stages or late night studios. Combining this with the brilliantly clear and authentic reproductive qualites characterised by the LCT series into the familiar, compact LCT 240 housing for a small and manageable footprint, the LCT 450 won't dominate the stage as an overhead and will be an asset to your repertoire.
