Product Description
Lewitt MTP 740 CM
Gold-Diaphragm, Handheld Condenser Microphone
The MTP 740 CM utilises the same large-diaphragm condenser capsule as Lewitt's crown jewell performance microphone, the MTP 940 CM. The same capsule as Lewitt's studio microphones, an ultra-thin, gold-layered, low-mass, 1" diaphragm that allows the MTP 740 CM to create natural and authentic reproductions with a highly detailed transient response.
Featuring a cardioid polar pattern that delivers efficient rejection of undesired sound sources, the MTP 740 CM is perfectly suited for both on stage and in the studio vocal applications. Advanced suspension improvements cushioning the capsule and electronics on a rubber mounting ring, the problem of structure-borne noise has been effectively eliminated, and with the 2-step pre-attenuation and switchable low-cut settings the MTP 740 CM can be adjusted to different vocal styles and varitions to suit any environment.
Features:
- Uncompromising large-diaphragm studio condenser sound for stage performances
- 3 micron thin gold layered Mylar diaphragm
