Presenting the Akai Professional MPC Key 37, an all-in-one keyboard workstation that comes equipped with everything you need to start making music right away. For more than thirty years, beatmaker and producer studios have revolved around the legendary MPC series. Now, MPC Key 37 offers a sophisticated production platform that seamlessly integrates sampling, sequencing, and synthesis into a lightning-fast workflow, allowing you to stay focused on your music. The well-known 16 pad grid layout of MPC Key 37 is combined with a synth-action 37 note keybed powered by renowned MPC sounds and instruments, as well as all the connectivity required to interface your computer and outboard gear.
SOUND
A core collection of sounds and samples from Akai MPC's industry-standard plug-ins is included with MPC Key 37. Take use of eight pre-packaged plug-in instruments, such as Hype, Odyssey, Mellotron, and others, together with more than 8GB of drum kits and samples that are ready for production, providing more than 1000 production-ready presets. Every plug-in instrument has sophisticated synthesis, extensive parameter manipulation, and effects to help you programme the precise sounds your compositions require. 32GB of internal storage and portable media via USB and SD Card provide ample room to grow your instrument and sample collection in any manner you see fit.
CONTROL SURFACE
More than 100 potent studio-caliber effects are included in MPC Key 37 for innovative creation and mixing. Use vintage-style compressors and limiters in your mix, add bounce and punch to your drums, and add lush reverb and delay effects to your recordings. Additionally, MPC Key 37 comes with state-of-the-art vocal FX plugins that may be used for both imaginative sound creation and straight voices.
CONNECTIVITY
An effective hub for your outboard equipment is MPC Key 37. Use the MIDI DIN In/Out ports or connect MIDI devices via USB to connect them easily. Through the four TRS CV/Gate outputs, you can include modular rigs into your MPC workflow. Wireless MIDI on compatible iOS devices, MPC OS updates, and wireless synchronisation with Ableton Link are all made possible by the onboard Wi-Fi/Bluetooth. Easily access your expanding collection of sounds and tunes by adding more storage to your device with the SD Card Reader.
DAW INTEGRATION
MPC Key 37 features a built in 2 In, 2 Out USB audio/MIDI interface, so you can record audio and MIDI directly in and out of your computer. The included MPC2 software is a standalone DAW for your Mac or PC, providing all the tactility and control of the hardware, but with as many tracks as your computer can handle. MPC2 software also comes as a VST/AU plug-in for major DAWs such as FL Studio, Logic, Ableton, Pro Tools, Studio One and more.
